so yeah it's been a while since i've been on the livejournal. lots of shit has happened between the last time i posted. life changing events...lessons that you learn from. so basically i've learned from my mistakes and am cherishing my ongoing experiences in life to the fullest.

on a positive note...andrea from montreal is visiting she's spending the night...
i think i might go to montreal tomorrow for the day...

this is what centralia, pa used to look like in 1962:

this is what some of it looks like today:

in 1962 an exposed coal vein caught on fire...and spread underground.
the ground is now unstable and trees and houses have caught on fire from the underground coal fire. town has been abandoned...

Centralia, PA once had a population of 2,000 but now only has 7 residents according the census.

Denver

everybody in Denver has these shoes...not just kids. I went to the supermarket and everybody had them.

Denver International Airport. The roof is shaped like this to resemble the Rocky Mountains and/or Native American teepees...made out of broken treaties.

I had to connect planes in Pittsburgh to get home, but at least i got to meet 2 guys from Anti-Flag.
